Never stop growing. That is so important to me. And as I get deeper and deeper into entrepreneurship, I can see that that philosophy doesn’t always align with my field. In fact, “never stop growing” more accurately applies to business for entrepreneurs and not to personal development. Many are more concerned with making more powerful connections, making more sales, making more money, and equate “growing” to increasing their reach and revenue. Well, that’s not me.

That’s why in today’s episode, I’m talking about why I believe personal development is one of the most important pieces to the entrepreneurial puzzle.
