Self-love and self-care are often misinterpreted; self-care can be a form of self-love; however, it is so much more than a hot bath and a face mask. Self-love is taking the time to consume healthy foods, exercise when you don’t want to, and set boundaries even when it feels impossible. Self-love is taking the hard steps and putting yourself first to show up fully for yourself and those you love. Take a listen as I share a few steps on fully loving you.
