In today's classroom report, Margot and Elizabeth discuss the relationship of Frog and Toad and the one and a half thumbs rating of Elizabeth's barre class.

First, Margot talks about MK-Ultra, a top-secret CIA operation where agents tested various ways to gain mind control. Along the way, we learn about the 11th commandment, the invention of LSD, and the Holiday stemming from it. (We do not condone the use of illegal drugs, BTW). 

Next, Elizabeth tells us about Pirate Queen Zheng Yi Sao. While we tip our hat to her for being a #GirlBoss and solid businesswoman, she still did some pretty nasty things.
