WHY THIS RESPECTED DOCTOR DECIDED TO FOCUS ON ADDICTION
Dr. Dean Mayer is a champion for people battling addiction. He’s already the Medical Director at Riverton Hospital and now he is also the Chief Medical Officer at Odyssey House. He had an epiphany back in 2014 when he saw that the medical profession wasn’t meeting the needs of those in addiction. Now, with a new knowledge of things like MAT (medication assisted treatment), he sees massive improvement.
