Researches often cite the "Big Five" personality traits: openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism (often listed under the acronyms OCEAN or CANOE). But in today's environment, we must all develop ourselves on a sixth dimension: pivotability, or the capacity to weather change, particularly when it comes to our careers.
