There are several different types of sermons. Most of them fall into one of three categories: topical, textual, or expository. There is a place for each of these sermon types. While each type has its place, the church will benefit most from a steady diet of expository preaching. In this episode, I speak about the need for expository preaching, and I share with you some reasons why I believe expository preaching should be the standard method used by every preacher.
