In the world of business, strategy is everything. CEOs know this instinctively; they don’t grow companies by guessing. Yet, when it comes to building a personal brand, that same rigor often disappears. The result? Random content, inconsistent messaging, and zero influence.
1. Strategy Is the Foundation of Positioning.
