Mark talks about the making of Carnal, how this album came along a bit quicker than Spirits, and how this album might be more of a return to the sound long time Nothing More fans enjoy compared to their last.

We also talk about the few beer collaborations the band has done, most of them I was literally drinking, and what else Mark would like to do in this space.

We also talk about family and finding the time to balance out work and home life. Mark shares how he's able to impart some wisdom of making his passion a career and the sacrifices that come with it to his son, who's a few years into doing gymnastics.
