Pastor Shaun continues our series "Swole Gains and Soul Gains" by explaining that as Christians we can't make excuses about our faith and that we need to just do it, no matter what just do it!

When we join a sport or an extracurricular activity we can't make excuses and have to choose to commit. Why can't it be the same with our faith? Hope teaches us that just like sports we have practice our faith by reading our Bible every day.

We are starting a brand new series in 4640 called “Swole Gains and Soul Gains”. Pastor Joe starts us off by teaching us that our bodies are God’s temple, and if we put in the same practice we would with a sport but with our spiritual habits we can get a lot more growth out of it.

In the movies the hero sometimes has to sacrifice themselves to save people, well what if Pastor Shaun told you that there was someone like that in real life? A real person who walked on this Earth and sacrificed himself for us, and his name is Jesus!

We all have a choice to make in life and it can determine what path of life we can go down. Pastor Joe tells the story of two people and let's us know that we need to make a choice if we want to spend eternity with Jesus.

Prayer is a powerful tool that we need to understand in order to properly use it. Brittanie teaches us how to intercede for others in our prayer and not just pray for our needs but for other people's needs as well!

We all need friends in our lives but the tough part is knowing what kind of friends we need. Pastor Joe teaches us exactly that and how we can find them.

Everyone deserves to have joy in their lives but sometimes we get our priorities a little scrambled. Pastor Joe helps us reorganize our priorities to be biblical and still be able to receive joy!

Sometimes we need to set boundaries in our lives with the people we know, but what does that look like and how can we do it in a healthy way? Brittanie uses her own experience as well as a biblical story to demonstrate how we can do this!

The Bible is the most important historical document that we could ever read. Pastor Joe dives into the importance of the New Testament and explains what it is and how it impacted the world.
