466 - Bill Anderson Returns

Bill Anderson is a returning guest on The Paul Leslie Hour.

He is a legend in music—both for the recordings he has made, but also the songs he wrote that others recorded. Known for writing and singing songs like "City Lights," "World of Make Believe," "Mama Sang a Song," and "Po Folks." He's as known for "Give It Away," that George Strait recorded, "Whiskey Lullaby" recorded by Brad Paisley & Allison Krauss and "A Lot of Things Different" recorded by Kenny Chesney.

Whisperin' Bill Anderson is one of a handful of people who is an inductee of the all-genres Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Country Music Hall of Fame. He's also a 59 year member of the Grand Ole Opry.

He's a veritable icon and has just released a new album "The Hits Re-Imagined." You're invited to listen to a comforting, but energetic interview with Bill Anderson. It's on The Paul Leslie Hour.
