You listen, help others and hold space for other people so they feel valued, supported and seen. You're always available, say yes when you should say no and you are patient and compassionate too.

Who holds space for you? It starts with you holding space for yourself. Giving yourself permission to say no and not feel guilty. Pouring into yourself is highly recommended and a wonderful to give to yourself.


It all starts and ends with you and the biggest factor to help support you is the Inner Mindset Work needed and you need to work on this daily. You are special and remarkable - you need to know that and so you are important.

Take care of yourself first with the oxygen mask, so you can help others but not to the detriment of your own health. Protect your mindset, peace and energy above everything - they are priceless and non-negotiable.
