Nique gives the writer a wake-up call as she analyzes why the writer kept forgiving her cheating lover. Professor Tee encourages her to push her energy away from worrying about his feelings about focusing on her own journey. C.L. wants her to realize that she truly wasn’t in a 10-year relationship at all, and the time she spent was time wasted. Yusuf suggests that women who keep taking these men back should stop wearing that kind of ride or die banner like it’s a badge of honor.
