Happy Holidays! Today's guest is my dear friend, Abby Neff, who has been a world traveling model for over 7 years. She's worked for companies such as TooFaced Cosmetics, Billabong, Wrangler, Nike, and Hanes to name a few. 

While it may look glamorous from the outside looking in, It comes as no surprise that Abby’s work in the modeling industry has come with its own hurdles and restrictions. Abby’s biggest lesson has been to align with the most authentic version of herself even though she’s been told that to succeed as “model” she will have to fit in the box.

Abby is an expert in all things health, fitness, skincare, fashion, and beauty. Her calling is to share all she has learned throughout her journey in hopes of inspiring women to become the best versions of themselves.
