In this episode of the FuturePrint Podcast, Frazer Chesterman talks to Arnaud Bernaert and Roberta Sirio from SICPA about their upcoming presentations at the FuturePrint Leaders Summit in Geneva this June, and SICPA’s enabling technologies that facilitate trust between governments and citizens. 

Arnaud outlines SICPA’s role as a leading global provider of secured authentication, identification and traceability solutions - SICPA inks and special features protect the majority of the world’s banknotes, allowing governments to track counterfeits and deter criminals. 

A large proportion of the business is in the pharmaceutical sector, where they authenticate drugs and protect medicines.

Roberta highlights SICPA’s most innovative project at the moment, engineered DNA, which involves synthesising DNA to include information containing important data.
