In this episode, I share my own experience of connecting with a spirit animal, and how that animal informs and supports Purifying. This animal carries the spirit and essence of Purification. You can lean into its energy anytime! (Give the episode a listen to discover what it is.)

Here are some steps for connecting with your Purification spirit animal:

• Meditate or pray for guidance and connection with the ideal animal to support your process
• Pay attention when you're in nature to what animals you are drawn to
• Feel into the message this animal is sending you. If it resonates and feels true – it is!
