In this episode we speak with Naomi Maclean! Naomi currently works as the marketing director at Russell Corporation, which has a portfolio of brands like Spalding, Sherrin and Russell Athletic. Naomi is a fantastic role model for time management and organisation skills as she also balances part time work as a tutor at Deakin University, is a board member of the Deakin University Sport Management Advisory Board and a pilates teacher!

We learn how she achieves a successful work-life balance, discover what her day-to-day activities look like as a marketing director at Russell Corporation and also the importance of volunteering early in her career which set her up for success. We also touch on the topic of loyalty as an employee and what drives her to continue giving back to students through her time at Deakin University.
