The BC NDP will be releasing their 2018 budget in just a few days. Since we know almost nothing about what that budget will include, in this episode we speculate on all of the housing policies we might see, including a possible speculation tax. It's speculating about speculation (hence the episode title).

Our guest this week is tax expert and friend of the show, Chris Thompson. Chris has a list of policies the government could implement. Some are ridiculous, but most are great.
