The cocktails continue. This week I'm mixing up a martini and talking about vermouth and citrus garnishes.

Martini
2 1/2 oz Dry Gin
3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Lemon Twist

Stir the gin, vermouth, and bitters over ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
