We all know individuals close and far that make such an impact. They have traits that impress and traits that last. Individuals that spread a unique positivity all their own. Too often do I discover these truly amazing people to be struggling. Struggling with themselves, in a unique way all their own. This podcast is to show I, and so many, care. I sit down alone and breakdown my most vulnerable thoughts: what I wrote right before, and after, the most difficult depression, and stage, of my life.
