y'all, this is a vulnerable one. in this episode I share my feelings of loneliness from both living in lock-down land, but also the undercurrent of loneliness that has followed my creative path for several years now. I talk about receiving support, about how the isolation in the feeling leaves me disconnected & unable to reach out. oh, aaaand of course shame stops in to say hi. this is for all of us who need to feel a little less alone.
