spring is an exciting season. many are back on their school, fitness, and social life grind. there is so much to do, so much so that a lot of people are exhausted and burned out before summer even hits! therapy is often the “fix” nowadays, but it's expensive, time-consuming, and not an option for some. this is where my therapy dupes come in. listen in to today’s episode where we talk about movement, meditation, and other self-care practices that will make you feel your best on mentally tougher days and weeks.
