This week, I've had experiences where my perspective on myself "zooms out" and I'm able to check in with myself in a deeper way and see the areas where I've grown. These areas have included non-reactivity and unconditional love for myself. In processing them, I've come to understand that regardless of how loving we feel or how much we feel we are or are not growing, the most important part is unconditionally checking in. Unconditional presence with ourselves.
