Ashok Bajaj is the head of the Knightsbridge Restaurant Group as well as owner of several award winning restaurants including Rasika, Modena, La Bise and Ananbelle, which is helmed by former White House Chef Frank Ruta. His restaurant, Rasika, is the first Indian restaurant to receive four stars from the Washington Post and he was named Restaurateur of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington.
