Today's episode is with Hilary Allen. Hilary Allen is a Senior Associate at Net Impact and Community Manager of the Up to Us Campus Competition. Hilary’s involvement in Up to Us began as a Team Leader representing the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign, after which she began working as an intern at Net Impact, and subsequently the Community Manager of the national campaign. Hilary leads the weekly training sessions for the campaign leaders and supports 125 teams with their campaign strategy and execution over the course of the year. Hilary holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies and Portuguese.
