Let's skip the window dressing and lip service. Just make the Interior Department/BIA do its job! States have used the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act to extort gaming revenue from Native owned casinos for decades now. The Interior Department is supposed to enforce the regulations that are in place to prevent aggressive states from exploiting Native gaming. These regulations were not enforced during the Obama or Trump administrations. Can we expect anything different from a Biden administration?
