48: Tero Isokauppila is the Finnish founder of Four Sigmatic, a US company specialized in superfoods, medicinal mushrooms and adaptogenic herbs.

Since its formation in 2012, the company has experienced amazing growth under Tero's leadership. Their products are sold in more than 25 countries and they recently opened the Shroom Room in Venice, Los Angeles.

In this conversation, we discuss Tero's thoughts on learning, travel, community and, of course, mushrooms.
