In this episode I attempt to give a book review of The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck which devolves into kind of a rant against Eastern Philosophy. Not that I think it's bad, but it's just not for me. And this book draws on a lot of Eastern philosophical ideas as well as Stoicism. Basically what I took away is that Not Giving a Fuck might not be the best thing for me, I don't know about you. 3 stars
