70% of Millennials and Gen Zs believe the local church is irrelevant…and are leaving the church in record numbers.  What do we need to do to reach out to Gen Zs and Millennials?  Janet talks to Jon L. Groves, pastor of Honor Church in Orlando, FL.  They discuss Millennials, Gen Zs, pastors avoiding the hard topics of today – that were addressed in the Bible thousands of years ago.  Janet and Jon do not hold back:  How do we disciple a generation?  “By having pastors discipled first.”  We have neglected apologetics and the manifest presence of God…and need to move away from “events” based ministry.
