We read the right books, take the right workshops, and even follow all the advice from experts, gurus, and courses that promise that we’ll finally become this upgraded version of ourselves, and yet, we continue to see little to no change.  

We have all been there from time to time, and it can be discouraging that we ask ourselves if there’s even any point to it all…
