How many of you ever have a hard time asking for help? This is something I constantly struggle with. As someone who bases a lot of her identity around being of service to others, it’s difficult for me to throw my hands up and admit that I need support. I’m currently in a season of life where support is the most important thing I can resource myself with. Being a first-time new mom has been one of the most exciting but difficult experiences I’ve ever encountered.
