For almost two decades, he has been working with adolescents in outdoor settings to improve wellbeing and mental health. He is the founder and director of True North Expeditions, which is a non-profit program in Adelaide that provides adventure therapy expeditions and social work services for adolescents. Will’s research interests include Outdoor Therapies, Feedback-Informed Treatment, and Qualitative Research involving client voice. Also, he is a co-author of the book titled, ‘Solution-Focused Practice in Outdoor Therapy’.
