In the Old Testament book of Leviticus, the tribe of Levi is commanded to "Be Holy." God wanted to "set them apart" because He had a specific purpose, calling, and mission for their lives. The implications are staggering: In order for us to achieve our purpose and calling in life, we must first "set ourselves apart" from anything that could potentially distract us from what God has created us to do.
