Hermantown native, Adam humbly shares over the next hour with Duluth Pack's CEO, Tom Sega, about his life involving the game of hockey from a young age. As Adam progressed, he speaks about being selected No 1 in the 2010 USHL entry-level draft, signing as a D1 student-athlete, leading a team as a two-time captain, transitioning into an AHL professional athlete in the Pittsburgh Penguins association, and then the process of obtaining and succeeding in his recognized coaching career. Now at the pinnacle of his career and a leader as a collegiate hockey coach, Adam speaks about his demanding responsibilities, recruiting roles, and breaking uncomfortable barriers to achieve high success.
