A good vision is important for any group as they do their work. The vision guides us in our direction and heavily influences what we pursue, prioritize and even how we do our work. As good as an amazing vision can be, there can bit of tension for our leaders in the middle. They likely weren’t in the room as the vision was crafted, yet they are responsible for carrying out the vision and making it a reality.
