For some people, struggling to walk through the door of opportunity is less about the door being open and more about whether or not we feel invited. Some of us are stuck on the outside looking in because we are waiting on permission. We want to be inside, we want more for ourselves but we aren't sure if we are deserving. Whether it be because of how we were raised or the stories we have told ourselves, some of us can't see that the thing we want so badly is literally right in front of us -- we just have to grab it.
