One of the most challenging things about teaching piano lessons!

I get a lot of questions about choosing music for students, so I have 3 tips for you!

1. Have the student try it out, sightread

2. Play 3 choices for them either you play the piece for them on the piano, or look up good recordings on YouTube.

3. Consider students' strengths and weaknesses. I explain times when we play up their strengths and times we strengthen their weaknesses!
