My energy and focus in my business has been all wrong. Over the past twelve months my ego and my desire for success has superseded the desire for my clients' success, and this has hurt my business. This is embarrassing to talk about but I think it is relevant and important to share the lessons learned from this experience.

I have come to realize that I should not be working for myself, I should be working for my clients. This realization has led me to shift my energy to focus less on quantity and my own sales, and to focus more on providing the most amazing experience to my existing clients. Because the value that I can bring to my clients is so much more important than showing my own success.
