The church is a set apart community of people after God's heart, but no group is better equipped to go and be with outsiders. Being is already a hard thing to do in our culture. People rarely want to be. Instead, we favor doing. Being means you are not looking to change or adjust anything. Being means you are ready to sit and listen for a while.
