Chris Sigouin is the co-founder and co-owner of Level Up Health and Fitness https://levelupfitness406.com/ here in Kalispell, MT.  Chris has over 15 years of experience as a massage therapist, physical therapist and personal trainer.  I met Chris at SBG Montana during a BJJ class.  Recently Chris competed in his first MMA fight at 40 years old.
