Terry Looper, CEO of Texon LP, a midstream energy company, tells us that by adopting an employee-first organizational culture, his company saw 32 years of profits! So while it may seem counterintuitive, when Christian leaders put employees before profits, they maximize profits! In 2019, Terry was named Best Leader for Small Businesses, and Texon was named one of the region's "Top Workplaces" by the Houston Chronicle. Terry and Doris, his wife of 52 years, have two married daughters and five grandchildren. Terry's passion is discipleship and liberating souls.
