He has worked closely with over 100 global companies to improve effectiveness of their commercial operations. Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA) awarded Jassi with prestigious lifetime achievement award in 2014. This is among several other accolades. He also serves on the Board of many diverse organizations like TIE Global, Ocular Therapeutics, SpectraMedix and others. 

Previously, Jassi was co-founder and CEO of marketRx, which was acquired by Cognizant Technology Solutions in November 2007.
