Over the past year, one thing we learned is that remote work works. But what comes next?  As every business plots their return to the office, there are now multiple options for where and how a workforce can operate: fully remote, fully in-person, more flexible hybrid formats with a few days in and a day remote, or even allowing work hours outside of the traditional 9-to-5.
