This week Will reconnects with the captain of his high school football team, Rocco Giambrone.  Rocco played football for 10+ years of his life before transitioning into the world of Mixed Martial Arts.  Together, Will & Rocco discuss the highs and lows of football back in the early 2000s while reminiscing about the good ol' days.  In part 1 of this special 2 part episode, the two delve deep into his football life and how that set up for a transition into MMA, which we will hear all about in part 2.
