#49 | January 03, 2022 Guiding Power Positive Word

Every year, I pick a new word at the beginning of the year to be my guiding power positive word. It represents a beneficial way I would like to show up every day, yet it is also superpower tool for my human.

I meditate and ask for the most beneficial word for the upcoming year. Once the word is downloaded to me, I do an intention writing session about the word. Then I take what I wrote and do a Reiki meditation. 

I set the intention for any upcoming future moments that my present self can use a helping hand that if I say this Reiki'd Guiding Power Positive word then I will receive a Reiki boost. This Reiki'd intent word acts like a beacon of Light to swoop in and support me. 

Don't underestimate the power of one word.
