Last year, I was asked to be a model in a yearly catalog produced by a local company called Trice Jewelers. After receiving this year’s catalog and noticing an interesting trend, I went back and opened last years to see how I introduced myself in my bio. There seems to be a template of how we introduce ourselves to the world in our culture. Name, role (in our family), career and perhaps a hobby or organization that we’re passionate about.

I did just this! My introduction of myself had more to do with the people around me and past experiences that I had then it did with who is really inside of ME. Today’s episode will make you think about how you introduce yourself to the world and make you think differently about filling in the gaps so people get an opportunity to really “meet” the real you!
