Today, on the podcast we welcome Kris Neyen. Kris,  is the Rehabilitation Program Supervisor for the City of Dubuque, and she has been with the city for over 29 years. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, whether it's the dream of homeownership, improving their credit or simply learning how to maintain their homes. She has lead the charge to bring houses back on the tax roll by totally rehabbing them from a totally gutted property to a beautiful totally maintenance free home through the Rehabilitation Program.
