In this episode, I’m sharing a  live coaching session that I did with Tabitha Corlett. Tabitha is a Board Certified Nurse Coach, Reiki practitioner, and wild mushroom forager. Her holistic wellness journey started when she hired her first holistic practitioner: a home-based midwife that modeled what natural health can look like.

 

We coached around embracing her more vulnerable side, and expressing herself authentically. If you are someone who struggles with being vulnerable, this is a great episode to listen to!
