Today I am joined by the one and only Rosi Sexton. Rosi is an Osteopath at Combat Sports Clinic, an elected Green Party councillor, a multi faceted academic, a retired MMA fighter, a black belt in 3 different martial arts disciplines, and alongside all of that, a partner, Mother and a musician.
