Stephen Catlin, a leading CEO in the insurance sector, founded Catlin Insurance Group which he sold for $4.28 billion in 2015. Stephen talks about his early career and what life was like working in the City of London in the 1970's. He shares his experiences of building a global insurance business and what it was like exiting the business he grew. Culture and working practices have changed significantly over the past few decades and Stephen shares his views on what it's like to work in the City today.
