Paul resides with his wife Tamar in sunny California.

Paul takes his strong and focused work ethic on a multi-year running journey:

• Securing numerous high school MD accolades at Logos High School, Moscow, Idaho.
• Gaining All-American statuses at D-I Washington State and dropping a 3:58 mile in his senior year.
• Qualifying and running in the 2021/2024 Olympic trials 1500. 
• Finding an agent, going pro, securing a contract with Adidas. 
• Traveling the world competing.
• Dropping a PR mile time of 3:52:41 in 2022; and finally, like many,
• Considering the landscape of the post pro running world.
